My favorite food - Curry Puff!
Had a busy morning on Sunday, rushed home with empty hand - no food.
My boyfriend and I were both starving but we were just too lazy to move our arseee…
For a super easy and convenient way to fill our stomach, I took the ready-to-eat curry puff which I’ve defrosted in the morning.
Wasn't fully defrost but we couldn't wait any longer

Easy steps (From my own experience)
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °
- Lay the curry puff on the tray and put into the oven
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turn the curry puff in between, or until lightly browned and puffed.
- Ready to serve
*Make sure it’s fully defrosted before you start baking

Classic Curry Puff
The most classic, common and original taste that we had since young. The classic taste of food is always the best to reminisce about childhood memories. Still remember how much I love eating curry puff when I was young, buying curry puff at Malay stalls nearby my house for only 50 cents/ small pieces.

The original flavor that Malaysian has grown up with.
Italia Curry Puff
When Asian-meet-Western, there goes the Italia Curry Puff. Western food is all about cheese (not all but most of it). Whoever loves cheese and couldn’t eat any spicy food, try these out!
Some people might think it’s a weird combination to have these flavors in a curry puff, to me it was okay, not too bad, If only you have the same sense of taste like me, haha!
Pizza
Well, should I call it Pizza Curry Puff or Pizza Puff? There’s no curry in it! The ingredients are chicken sausage, mushroom, onion, garlic and potato, Italian herbs and mozzarella cheese! Basically, you’re eating a “pizza” in a different way.
Carbonara
No curry as well. The ingredients are similar to Pizza Puff but the flavor elevated with slices of cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella cheese.
Cheese
It’s all about cheese. Again, it’s similar to the ingredients of Pizza Puff and the taste of Carbonara Puff, except for the sauce that is based with Nachos cheese and the cheese flavor was top off with slices of cheddar cheese!
I would give these curry puffs a thumbs up. I love the curry puff that has a nice crunch and complements with generous robust and heavy fillings.
Various flavors available added points to it.
One common ingredient in all flavors is potatoes!
However, I would still prefer the original flavors.
